Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to customers while ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and serving a variety of beverages, primarily focusing on coffee, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service, maintaining cleanliness and organization in your work area, operating coffee-making equipment proficiently, monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve daily goals.

To qualify for this position, you should have prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role, possess exceptional customer service skills, and be able to thrive in a high-energy environment. Proficiency in coffee-making equipment and techniques is essential, along with availability for early morning shifts and a high school diploma or equivalent.
