Truck Driver

Job Description

Our organization is seeking a skilled truck driver to become part of our team.

**Responsibilities:**
– Safely and efficiently operate various types of trucks, including flatbeds, dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and refrigerated trailers.
– Transport goods and materials to designated locations.
– Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is performing optimally.
– Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations during transportation.
– Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts.
– Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
– Coordinate delivery schedules with dispatchers and team members.

**Qualifications:**
– A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
– Previous experience as a truck driver or in a related role is preferred.
– Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair is essential.
– Proficiency in operating heavy equipment, including forklifts.
– Excellent driving skills and a solid understanding of traffic laws are necessary.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is expected.
– Physical endurance to manage long hours and heavy lifting is required.

**Employment Type:** Full-time
**Salary Range:** $31.00 – $33.00 per hour
