Kandi Water Conditioning, Inc is looking for a Delivery Driver / Service Tech *IMMEDIATLY* to join our small business in Spicer, MN. We are a customer-based company that does service, sales & delivery. We are dedicated to providing quality service to our customers. We have been in business since 1995 and need another member to join our family.

Our work environment includes:

* Able to lift 40 lbs repeatedly

We are looking for a *reliable* and *experienced* Delivery Driver / Service Tech to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering salt to customers private homes & businesses based on a rotating schedule in a timely and safe manner, as well as providing excellent customer service. This position requires a valid driver’s license, knowledge of the local area, and the ability to lift and carry 40 lb bags of salt repeatedly. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills both verbal & written, and the ability to work independently. This is for long term employment. The candidate will have as much training in the water conditioning field as they want. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to increase the wages by adding commissions after 90 days.

Responsibilities:
* Drive a vehicle to deliver salt to customers.
* Load and unload salt from the vehicle.
* Follow delivery routes and time schedules.
* Appear professional at all times.
* Collect payments from customers.
* Provide customer service by answering questions related to deliveries.
* Inspect equipment to insure it is working properly
* Inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is in good working order.
* Putting deliveries away in the shop & keeping it clean.
* Assist the Service Manager with installs & maintain the shop.
* Additional duties upon request.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
