CDL Rear Load Driver

Job Description

CDL Rear Load Drivers are responsible for collecting and hauling waste or recycling materials to disposal sites. Key responsibilities include:

• Operating trucks safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Providing trash/recycling removal services and maintaining route logs.
• Conducting pre-trip/post-trip inspections and cleaning the truck.
• Interacting professionally with customers.

Qualifications include a valid Class B CDL, DOT Medical Card, and good driving skills. Candidates must be at least 19 years old, have no more than 3 moving violations in 2 years, and be able to perform physical tasks. Previous waste industry experience is preferred.
