Job Description

Seeking a Field Service Engineer responsible for traveling to customer sites to install new machine tools, including fiber laser and punch press machines.

Key duties involve diagnosing mechanical issues with industrial machinery and performing on-site repairs as needed.

  • Perform installations of new equipment at client locations.
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical problems such as turret realignment, bearing replacement, and ball screw repair.
  • Conduct on-site repairs to ensure machinery operates efficiently and meets specifications.
  • Provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction during service visits.

    • Ideal candidates will have experience with industrial machinery, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to travel to customer sites as required.
