*DAY: Wednesday October 9th, 2024*

*TIME: 9:00 AM – 3:00 pm*

*LOCATION: 333 S Swift Rd, Addison, IL 60101*

*FULL TIME Monday – Friday: Start at 7:00 AM until route is done ( work 10-11 hr. days OT )*

*PAY: Starts at $23.00 per hour and up depends on experience (Paid biweekly)*

*RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Load, transport, and drive without assistance
* Deliver timely customer orders and prepare accurate paperwork and records
* Carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs, and ladders
* Lift at least 70 pounds; push/pull bins 25 to 350 pounds, average weight 170 pounds
* Walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time
* Exhibit strong customer service and verbal communication
* Operate and maintain company CDL vehicle safely and efficiently
* If driving a mobile shred unit shred documents on site
* On occasion (per request) retrieve or deliver 100- 500 storage boxes from warehouse/clients

*QUALIFICATIONS*
* Minimum age 21 with a valid CDL Commercial Driver’s License and good driving record
* At least one year of route transportation experience preferred
* Pass pre-employment substance abuse screening, background check, and DOT physical
* Demonstrate safe, efficient driving skills and maintain all security procedures
* Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork
* Strong customer service and verbal communication skills

Reasonably expected salary range: $57,000.00 – $62,000.00
