As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales, opening and closing the store, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key duties include interviewing, hiring, and training employees to build a strong team.

You’ll develop and manage weekly store schedules to optimize staffing and performance.

Additionally, you’ll oversee footwear, advertising programs, and other departments to meet sales goals.

Leading sales efforts and supervising cashier associates, you’ll ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
