Job Description

We are looking for a talented baker to join the Millvale Market team. In this role, you will prepare and bake a variety of delicious items, including bread, pastries, and cakes. Collaboration with our team is crucial to ensure our baked goods consistently meet the highest quality standards and exceed customer expectations.

Key responsibilities include creating a diverse range of baked products, accurately measuring and combining ingredients according to recipes, operating baking equipment such as ovens and mixers, adding finishing touches like icing and toppings, ensuring all items meet quality standards, maintaining a clean workspace, and following food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have knowledge of baking techniques, be able to follow recipes accurately, and demonstrate attention to detail. Strong time management and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
