Job Description

We are looking for a skilled baker to join our team at Millvale Market. This position involves preparing and baking a variety of products, including bread, pastries, and cakes. Teamwork is essential to ensure that we produce high-quality baked goods that satisfy our customers.

**Responsibilities:**
– Prepare and bake a range of items, such as bread, pastries, and cakes.
– Accurately measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
– Operate baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and scales.
– Decorate and finish baked goods with icing, glaze, or other toppings.
– Ensure all products meet high-quality standards and customer expectations.
– Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
– Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols.

**Requirements:**
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Familiarity with baking techniques and methods.
– Ability to read and accurately follow recipes.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Excellent time management and organizational skills.

**Salary:** $16.75-$17.50/hour
