Job Description

We are currently looking for a dependable and personable Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing transactions, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring that the checkout area is clean and organized.

**Responsibilities include:**
– Greeting customers as they arrive at the checkout
– Accurately scanning items and processing payments
– Professionally handling customer concerns
– Staying updated on all products and promotions
– Keeping the checkout area tidy and well-organized
– Assisting with inventory management when necessary
– Adhering to all company policies and procedures

**Requirements for this position:**
– A high school diploma or equivalent
– Prior experience as a cashier or in a customer service role
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
– Basic math and computer proficiency
– Attention to detail and accuracy

**Compensation:** $15.50 – $17.00 per hour
