ROBERT BEARDEN IS HIRING DRY VAN COMPANY DRIVERS
Seeking Regional Drivers Throughout the Southeast
Being Prepared for Retirement Is an Afterthought for Most Employees, but at RBI We Encourage Our Employees To Begin With the End in Mind!

Benefits:
Drivers average $1,200 – $1,900 per week
$0.55 CPM ($.10 of that is per diem – only taxed on $.45 CPM)
$.02 mile bonus once a driver reaches 10,000 miles each month
$1,500 sign-on bonus, paid out in $500 increments at 30, 60, and 90 days
$1,000 driver referrals
Newer automatic model Macks, Volvos, and Internationals
Pet and rider policy
Full benefits package after 60 days
401K with company matching half up to 6%
Employee profit-sharing program
Trucks equipped with APUs and 3,000-watt inverters
40 hours paid vacation each year
Hauling dry van freight
Requirements:
Valid CDL A
At least 1 year of verifiable experience in a sleeper cab
No speeding ticket for 19 or over the posted limit in the last 7 years
