CDL Class A Truck Driver

Job Description

This position is Mon-Fri, full-time position (40+ hours) with every weekend off and the ability to be home every night.
Pay is based upon experience for CDL- Class A drivers!

Responsibilities:
– Safely operate Semi tractor trailer- End Dump trucks.
– Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
– Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
– Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
– Ensure proper loading, unloading, and securing of materials.
– Complete required paperwork such as delivery tickets and logbooks.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck and equipment.

Skills:
– Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with appropriate endorsements for the specific type of truck being operated.
– Experience operating various types of trucks and heavy equipment.
– Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to truck driving and equipment operation.
– Ability to read maps, follow directions, and navigate to different locations.
– Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
– Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects.

Experience:
* End dump: 1 year (Preferred)
* Truck driving: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
* CDL A (Required)

Willingness to travel:
* 25% (Preferred)
