CDL Rear Load Driver

Job Description

We are seeking CDL Rear Load Drivers for a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 4:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include:

• Safely operating trucks for waste and recycling collection.
• Emptying containers and hauling materials to disposal sites.
• Performing pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintaining logs.
• Interacting professionally with customers.

Requirements include a valid Class B CDL, DOT Medical Card, and the ability to perform physical tasks. Previous waste industry experience is preferred. This position offers equal employment opportunities.
