We are seeking a reliable and committed construction worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be essential in supporting a range of construction projects, which may involve demolition, excavation, framing, and finishing tasks. The ideal individual should be capable of working independently with limited supervision and possess strong attention to detail.

– Maintain a clean and organized construction site.
– Utilize hand and power tools as necessary.
– Conduct regular maintenance on tools and equipment.
– Assist with additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements:**
– High school diploma or equivalent is required.
– Previous experience is not necessary.
– Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
