Job Description

The Cook prepares food following all relevant federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

  • Adheres to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Follows recipes and portion controls to ensure quality and consistency of meals.
  • Assists with meal planning and preparation based on menu requirements.
  • Maintains proper food storage and handling procedures.
  • Supports the Food Services team and responds to directives from the Director of Food Services.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
