Job Description

We are in search of a reliable and hardworking Driver Helper to assist our delivery drivers in transporting packages and goods to our clients. This position is vital for ensuring that our customers receive their goods safely and on time.

As a Driver Helper, your main responsibilities will include assisting with the loading and unloading of packages and goods from the delivery truck, helping the driver navigate using maps and GPS systems, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining communication with the driver and dispatch team, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations, and reporting any delivery issues.

To qualify for this role, candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be physically capable of lifting heavy packages, possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, be proficient in reading maps and using GPS, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is essential, as is reliability and punctuality.

The salary for this position ranges from $17.80 to $19.30. Benefits include a 401(k) plan with matching, dental and health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
