Forklift Operator

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced forklift operator to join our team on a full-time basis. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in efficiently loading and unloading materials, ensuring the safe transport of items to and from storage areas, and enhancing the overall material handling process.

Key Responsibilities include operating forklift equipment to move materials between storage locations, loading and unloading materials from trucks and other vehicles, transporting materials to production areas as needed, ensuring secure and efficient handling of all materials, conducting daily inspections of the forklift and reporting any issues, adhering to safety procedures, and collaborating with team members and supervisors.

To qualify for this position, candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a solid understanding of forklift safety procedures, the physical ability to lift heavy materials in a fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
