Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dependable heavy equipment operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be tasked with operating various heavy machinery, including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and backhoes, to perform construction and maintenance activities. It is essential that the candidate can work independently with minimal supervision and pays great attention to detail.

Primary responsibilities include operating heavy equipment for construction and maintenance tasks, following safety guidelines to maintain a secure work environment, conducting regular equipment maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and organization at the worksite, and assisting with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

The requirements for this position are a high school diploma or equivalent, no prior experience necessary, the ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This is a full-time position with daily shifts. The salary ranges from $26 to $28 per hour and includes benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and overtime pay.
