**Position Details**:
– Truck based in Kentwood, MI
– 5-6 days a week (4-5 overnights)
– Home weekly
– Greater Midwest regional routes (No East Coast)
– 2020+ model trucks with built-in Wi-Fi
– Driver assists with tailgating and dunnage handling
**Compensation & Benefits**:
– $0.70 cpm, $25-$50 per stop, $25/hour delay pay
– Weekly earnings $1,500 – $2,000
– Quarterly bonuses for safe drivers

**Responsibilities**:
– Safely operate a CMV per regulations
– Conduct routine inspections and maintenance
– Complete timely and efficient deliveries
– Communicate effectively and adhere to company policies
**Requirements**:
– Valid CDL Class A with 12 months commercial driving experience
– Ability to lift and bend
– Must pass DOT drug test and physical
– Strong communication and customer service skills
