Job Description
We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team and provide essential administrative support. The Office Assistant will play a key role in managing the daily operations of the office, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
**Main Duties:**
– Welcome and direct visitors to the correct department.
– Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate personnel.
– Organize the office calendar and manage appointment scheduling.
– Oversee office supplies and inventory management.
– Handle the processing of incoming and outgoing mail.
– Create and maintain various reports and spreadsheets.
– Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
– Offer general administrative support to the team.
**Qualifications:**
– High school diploma or equivalent required.
– At least 1 year of experience in an administrative support role preferred.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
– Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
– Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
– Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
**Salary Range:** $17.50 – $19.00
