We are seeking a renovation Estimator who must currently reside within the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. This is a non-engineering position focused solely on renovation estimating, with 100% in-office work and no remote options.

The role involves evaluating renovation projects and providing accurate cost estimates. We offer opportunities to increase earning potential through commissions based on profitable projects.

Candidates must have a solid understanding of building science to ensure precise estimates and successful project execution.
