Job Description

Assists with and completes work orders based on resident requests and routine property maintenance tasks.
Diagnoses the source or cause of defects or problems to determine appropriate solutions.
Performs repairs following established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
Ensures timely and effective maintenance to maintain property quality and resident satisfaction.
